AppFolio Online Processing Fees

The following fees for Tenants and Homeowners(HOA/POA)

  • Credit Cards - 3.49% of the total amount per transaction
  • Debit Cards - $9.99 flat fee per transaction
  • E-Check (ACH) - $2.49 flat fee per transaction



In accordance with North Carolina General Statute 25-3-506, Management Services will charge a $35.00 fee for any returned checks.
